Mais par quoi d\u00e9buter? On s&rsquo;est demand\u00e9 ce qu&rsquo;on pourrait faire de plus, chez Chocolat Lamontagne, pour attirer les candidats mais aussi pour ne pas perdre nos bons employ\u00e9s. Une entreprise repose d&rsquo;abord et avant tout en grande partie sur le talent et l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de ses employ\u00e9s, par surcro\u00eet lorsque celle-ci existe depuis plus de 40 ans comme c&rsquo;est notre cas!<\/p>\n<p>Nous n&rsquo;allons pas nous enfouir la t\u00eate dans le sable, nous savons tr\u00e8s bien que nous faisons face \u00e0 une p\u00e9nurie de main-d&rsquo;oeuvre, et ici, je ne parle m\u00eame pas de main-d&rsquo;oeuvre qualifi\u00e9e. Nous sommes \u00e9galement en mesure de constater qu&rsquo;il y a une forte comp\u00e9tition dans la r\u00e9gion et que des postes \u00e0 combler, il y en a \u00e0 la tonne!<\/p>\n<p>Afin de se mesurer comme employeur, on voulait vraiment avoir un portrait tr\u00e8s net et actuel de l&rsquo;entreprise, vu par les employ\u00e9s. On a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire une tourn\u00e9e de rencontres qu&rsquo;on a appel\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;Les rencontres du v-p&nbsp;\u00bb. De concert et avec la pr\u00e9sence de notre vice-pr\u00e9sident aux op\u00e9rations, M.&nbsp;Danny Lamontagne, on a tenu des rencontres sous forme de repas-causerie avec tous nos employ\u00e9s, autant les employ\u00e9s de production que ceux des bureaux.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un tr\u00e8s court laps de temps, soit une semaine seulement, 9&nbsp;repas-causeries ont eu lieu afin d&rsquo;\u00eatre en mesure de rencontrer au-del\u00e0 de 150&nbsp;employ\u00e9s, sur trois quarts de travail diff\u00e9rents. Nous sommes all\u00e9s vers eux.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est au-del\u00e0 de&nbsp;<strong>155 suggestions et commentaires<\/strong>&nbsp;que nous avons r\u00e9colt\u00e9 et cat\u00e9goris\u00e9 sous 5 th\u00e8mes, soit&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avantages sociaux<\/li>\n<li>Op\u00e9rations<\/li>\n<li>Formation et comp\u00e9tences personnelles<\/li>\n<li>Aires de travail et de services<\/li>\n<li>Varia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La cat\u00e9gorie ayant accumul\u00e9 le plus de point est celle des op\u00e9rations\u2026 surprenant? Pas de demande de table de ping-pong, de hausse faramineuse de salaire ou truc du genre. Ce qu&rsquo;ils souhaitent plus que tout est d&rsquo;\u00eatre en mesure d&rsquo;accomplir leur travail le plus efficacement possible, avec les meilleurs outils et conditions possibles. Ils demandent \u00e0 \u00eatre consult\u00e9s lorsqu&rsquo;on pr\u00e9voit l&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement, ils veulent participer activement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration des processus pour apporter leur vision des choses&nbsp;: ils sont tout de m\u00eame ceux qui seront les principaux acteurs du film!<\/p>\n<p>Oui bien s\u00fbr ils veulent interagir plus souvent avec leurs coll\u00e8gues de travail, d\u00e9velopper une certaine complicit\u00e9 tant \u00e0 l&rsquo;usine que lors de possibles activit\u00e9s et loisirs. Mais ils sont conscients que l&rsquo;entreprise doit prioriser ses actions et prendre les bonnes d\u00e9cisions afin d&rsquo;en assurer la survie et la profitabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Nous n&rsquo;allons pas en rester l\u00e0 avec cette pr\u00e9cieuse collecte de donn\u00e9es, ces efforts ne seront pas \u00ab&nbsp;tablett\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb sinon \u00e0 quoi bon\u2026? De concert avec la direction, nous allons produire un rapport que nous allons rendre accessible \u00e0 tous les employ\u00e9s sous peu. Nous y retrouverons les d\u00e9cisions prises pour chacun des points, les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances de r\u00e9alisation, selon la situation, ainsi que des commentaires d\u00e9taill\u00e9s. S&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer en temps qu&#8217;employeur, c&rsquo;est notre but. Nous pr\u00e9voyons d&rsquo;ailleurs tenir une autre s\u00e9rie de rencontres en ao\u00fbt prochain, question de mesurer l&rsquo;avancement des choses dans le temps et de collecter de nouvelles suggestions. Nous n&rsquo;aspirons pas \u00e0 devenir le plus gros employeur de la r\u00e9gion, mais plut\u00f4t le meilleur!<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s souhaitent trouver un certain sens \u00e0 leur travail.
